JR Signing Services ("we", "us") coordinates loan signings and mobile notary appointments for title, escrow and lending teams. This policy explains what information we collect through jrsigningservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, ask for our checklist or contact us, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, company name and any message you include. If you call or email us, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, device, general location and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are.
Your display preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. We do not receive it.
Signing and closing information
Orders for signings are placed through our order portal (Snapdocs), SigningOrder, or the platform your team already uses, such as Qualia. Borrower and loan details shared for a signing are used only to complete that signing, are handled by the commissioned notary assigned to it, and are kept only as long as needed for the order and for any records the law requires us to keep. Notaries in our network are independent professionals bound by confidentiality obligations.
How we use information
- To answer your request, send a quote and schedule signings.
- To send you the checklist or information you asked for.
- To send occasional business emails about our services. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor that request.
- To understand and improve how our website works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only for that purpose:
- GoHighLevel, our customer relationship and email system, which stores form submissions and sends our emails.
- Google Analytics, for website statistics.
- Google Calendar, if you book a call with us.
- Snapdocs, if you place an order through our portal.
- SigningOrder, for orders.
- QuickBooks, for billing and invoicing.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or write to support@jrsigningservices.com.
- Your information: you can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@jrsigningservices.com.
- Analytics: you can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
