JR Signing Services coordinates the signing itself. You send the file, we place a vetted notary, and the executed package comes back complete. Residential and commercial, purchase and refinance, in person or remote.
Purchase closings
Buyer and seller packages, handled separately or together at one table. Every required signature, initial and notarial certificate is identified before the notary arrives, so nothing sends the file back.
Refinances and cash-out
Rate locks do not wait. Refinance, cash-out refinance and loan modification packages are staffed quickly, including same day, with scanbacks returned the same day at no extra charge.
Cash deals
Investor and cash transactions where there is no lender timeline to hide behind. Buyer package, seller package, or both, anywhere in the country.
Remote Online Notarization
RON closings for signers who cannot be in the room, available anywhere in the world where the transaction permits it. Useful for out-of-state sellers, military signers and heirs spread across several states.
Single documents and specialty signings
Deeds, heirship signings, powers of attorney, trusts and standalone notarizations. Small files get the same review as a full package.
Reverse mortgages and HELOCs
Longer packages with more room for a missed initial. These are reviewed line by line before and after the appointment.

Most of this industry hides pricing behind a discovery call. These are our real standard rates for new clients, the same nationwide. Witnesses are $25 each when required, and Qualia integration is $15. First 25 miles, weekends, rush and same-day turnaround, and scanbacks are always included at no charge.
