These terms apply to jrsigningservices.com and to signing services ordered from JR Signing Services ("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our services
We coordinate loan signings and mobile notary appointments for title companies, escrow teams, lenders and real estate investors. We place a commissioned notary with your signer, in person in all 50 states or by remote online notarization where the law allows it, and return the signed documents to you.
We are a signing service, not a law firm or a title company. We do not give legal, tax or financial advice, and our notaries do not explain or advise on the documents being signed.
Placing an order
You can send an order through our portal (Snapdocs), SigningOrder, Qualia or the platform you already use, or by email to support@jrsigningservices.com. An order is confirmed once we assign a notary and let you know.
You are responsible for sending complete and correct documents and accurate signer details on time. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by missing, late or incorrect documents or information.
Notaries
Notaries in our network are independent professionals bound by confidentiality obligations. They are background checked and NNA certified, and each one follows the notary laws of the state they work in. A notary may refuse to notarize when the law requires it, for example if a signer cannot be properly identified.
Pricing and payment
Our fee schedule is available on request and provided during vendor setup. Each signing is invoiced individually. Invoices are grouped and sent on a biweekly cycle, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date (Net 14).
Cancellations and changes
An order cancelled before a notary is assigned carries no charge. Once a notary has been assigned, a cancellation fee may apply; if the notary is en route or the signer does not appear, a print/trip fee applies, typically $25 to $50. Fees are always communicated, never a surprise.
Our Error-Free Guarantee
If a document error on our end delays your funding, we'll make it right: we correct the error at our expense, including a re-signing at no cost to you, and handle it as our top priority until your closing is back on track.
Insurance
We carry $1M Errors and Omissions coverage, plus Cyber Liability coverage.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the fee paid for that order.
